The Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration in Clyde, Missouri, have a job opening for Customer Service Administrator in their Altar Bread Department.
Job Summary:
Processes altar bread orders for shipment to customers and maintains a record of each order from the time it is placed until payment has been received. This position entails direct communication with the customers of the Altar Bread Dept.
Essential Functions:
- Process orders received by phone and online store for shipping
- Invoicing
- Process and post credit card orders
- Field customer complaints
- Use Mass90 (accounting) and Starship (shipping) computer programs
- Complete weekly/monthly updates and monthly closings of receivables
- File
- Order office supplies
- Update online store
- Other duties as assigned by Dept. Manager
Requirements:
- Computer skills
- Some business college or equivalent work experience
- Good telephone/communication skills – ability to remain calm and respectful when communicating with customers
- Prefer some knowledge of accounting
